This is a fully integrated accounting system offering full purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations and VAT reporting. We feel that, for many businesses, this package provides everything they need but is much simpler to use than Sage. The annual subscription is £175 plus VAT, and this is fully inclusive of program support.
There are many features of the program that people may find useful:
- It is “cloud based”. Therefore, you can access it from anywhere provided you have access to the internet. This means, for instance, that you can raise invoices whilst at your customer’s premises and give them to your customer immediately by e-mail.
- Being “cloud-based” also means that we can access it at the same time as yourself to either review the accounts or sort out queries.
- If you make or receive regular payments then the process of producing invoices, posting them into the package and recording the payment of those invoices can be fully automated.
- It can account for VAT on the cash accounting basis, statutory invoice basis, as well as the flat rate scheme. A report of outstanding VAT can be run at any time, so you will always know how much is owed.
- It integrates with many external programs, like Paypal and Mailchimp, although this sometimes comes at an additional cost.
- Management reports such as Profit and Loss Account statements are easily prepared.
