Our succession strategy has been addressed for a number of years now, providing relevant training opportunities together with actively encouraging all members of staff to understand our aims for the future of the practice and their role in helping to achieve these objectives.
People are our most essential and valuable resource and because of this we embrace a very strong people culture in the practice and favour an open door policy. We try to encourage an understanding of the Work-Life Balance at all levels with the belief that the results of considerate management, serves to promote ‘goodwill’, job satisfaction and high staff morale, and if and when required our staff will always go the extra mile.
We were thrilled when we were first awarded the Investors In People Standard Certificate in April 2005 and we have continued to achieve this success every 3 years since then with our last certificate awarded at the beginning of April 2014. We have found that the continuing third party involvement of Investor In People has helped us to focus on the aims and objectives of the practice.
